Q: Cubity crashed after I deleted multiple groups from the Duplicate Detector tab.

A: When you execute a delete command (or any other commands), the action runs through your RAM for a few seconds from start to finish. In the meantime, if you continue sending more commands, it will clog the system and might cause a crash.

  1. Make sure to pause a few seconds before taking your action.
  2. Always save your project after every major action. Keep in mind, reading a Cubity Project file (.cbt) is much faster and also saves you the headache of repeating the process from the beginning.
  3. It has come to our attention that using SSD drives improves the stability of your 3D file. We strongly recommend to store and import your 3D files into Cubity from an SSD drive.
